Hot Stove Society Cooking Class (Seattle)
I’m teaching a demo-style cooking class at Hot Stove Society — award winning Chef Tom Douglas’ cooking school in downtown Seattle! All recipes are from my new cookbook, “Open Sesame” — we will cook one recipe together & the rest will be a demo.
Guests will be greeted with Falafel-Spiced Tahini Deviled Eggs with Crispy Chickpeas and substantial tastes of the following menu items.
